Assessment, therapy,
and guidance — all under one roof
I offer a focused range of services designed to meet the real needs of neurodivergent individuals and the families who support them. All services are available in-person in Irvine; therapy and consultation are also available via telehealth throughout California.
I provide comprehensive autism evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. My goal is to understand the full picture of who you or your child is — your strengths, your neurology, how you experience the world — not just meet diagnostic criteria.
I specialize in evaluations for people whose autism doesn't fit the stereotypical profile — including autistic women and girls, adults seeking a late diagnosis, those who've been masking or camouflaging, and individuals with co-occurring ADHD or anxiety.
What's included
- Clinical interview with the individual and/or caregivers
- Gold-standard observational and rating scale measures (ADOS-2, ADI-R)
- Assessment tools sensitive to how autism presents in women, adults, and those who mask (including CAT-Q, RAADS-R, and others)
- Review of prior records, school reports, and history
- Comprehensive written report with diagnosis and differential diagnosis
- Follow-up consultation to review findings, answer questions, and discuss next steps
Who this is right for
ADHD presents differently across development, gender, and life context — and is frequently missed or misdiagnosed, especially in women and adults. My evaluations go beyond simple checklists to assess the full range of attention, executive function, and related challenges.
Differential diagnosis is a core part of my approach. Many conditions can look like ADHD — anxiety, autism, learning differences, sleep issues, and more. A thorough evaluation helps clarify what's actually going on and guides meaningful treatment recommendations.
What's included
- Comprehensive clinical interview
- Standardized rating scales completed by the individual and (where appropriate) parents or partners
- Assessment of attention, processing speed, working memory, and executive function
- Evaluation of co-occurring anxiety, learning challenges, or mood concerns
- Detailed written report with diagnosis and tailored recommendations
- Follow-up consultation to review results and discuss next steps
Who this is right for
I offer individual therapy for neurodivergent teens and adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches are evidence-based and particularly well-suited to the way many neurodivergent people think — logical, values-driven, and interested in understanding the "why."
Therapy with me isn't about "fixing" you or changing who you are at your core. It's about understanding your neurology, building practical tools that work with how your brain functions, and living in fuller alignment with your actual values and strengths.
Common areas of focus
- Anxiety, worry, and stress management
- Identity and self-understanding, including post-diagnosis adjustment
- Social challenges, relationships, and communication
- Executive function and daily life management
- Depression, low mood, and emotional regulation
- Life transitions — school, college, work, independence
Standard cut-offs don't capture everyone. For clients who have been masking, flying under the radar, or whose presentation doesn't fit the traditional profile — including women, transgender and non-binary individuals, and older teens and adults — I go deeper. That may mean extended clinical interviewing, supplemental measures, and closer attention to lifetime history and compensatory strategies.
Who this is right for
Parenting an autistic or ADHD child — in a world not always designed with neurodivergent needs in mind — requires both enormous energy and deep understanding. The internet is full of conflicting advice. Well-meaning people give suggestions that don't fit your child. The school system is confusing. And you're trying to hold it all together.
I offer parent consultation that is practical, individualized, and grounded in both behavioral science and clinical psychology. My BCBA-D credential — rare among licensed psychologists — means I can bring a sophisticated understanding of behavior into every conversation about your child.
What we work on together

Who this is right for
A trusted partner for
your patients and families
I welcome referrals from pediatricians, therapists, educators, and other providers. Here's what you can expect.
Thorough, useful reports
Evaluation reports are detailed, clinically meaningful, and written to be useful to you and to schools. Follow-up consultations ensure families understand the findings and next steps.
Rare dual credential
Very few licensed psychologists in Orange County hold a BCBA-D. This means I can evaluate and consult on behavioral dimensions of autism that go beyond a standard psychological assessment.
Responsive communication
I understand that coordinated care matters. I'm responsive to provider inquiries and can provide summaries that integrate with your treatment planning.
Complex cases welcome
Late-identified adults, women who have masked, co-occurring presentations, diagnostic uncertainty — I welcome the nuanced cases that can be harder to place.
For referral inquiries, use the contact form — I typically respond within one business day.
